National On-Premise Manager (Ref. IGNP01)
The Company:
Icelandic Glacial is super premium spring water bottled at the source, the Olfus Spring, in Iceland. The brand is distributed via the Anheuser-Busch network direct to stores across the entire US. The company was founded in 2005 and entered the U.S. super premium market in 2006.

We are currently seeking the right person to serve as our National On-Premise Manager to build and execute our nationwide on-premise strategy.
Position Description:
The National On-Premise Manager is senior leader within the organization and is a key contributor to the development of our on-premise strategies and tactics. This position will work in-house in St. Louis with the Anheuser-Busch national on-premise team. The National On-Premise Manager will report to the Director of National Sales in Los Angeles while working closely, day-to-day, with the Anheuser-Busch team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute on-premise sales strategies:
- Lead development and execution of plans and strategies designed to sell volume and build share in on-premise channels.
- Manage the budgets and resources at program and aggregate levels
- Create consistent programming in partnership with Anheuser-Busch designed to win.
- Oversee writing, development, and maintenance of on-premise sales materials working concert with Anheuser-Busch and the Director of Marketing.
- Lead communication process to wholesaler network regarding on-premise.
- Responsible for project management and coordination with field and national sales groups.
- Represent the organization while interfacing with senior personnel from both Anheuser-Busch and various national customers.
- Provide support and direction to field personnel involved in local and regional opportunities.
Qualifications:
National sales experience on-premise in the Food and Beverage Industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential in order to work with all levels within the company, manage vendors, and deliver projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Must be able to lead and inspire people
- 7-10 years marketing / communications experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and solid grasp of web technologies
- Must be able to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effective under deadlines.
- Must routinely exercise independent judgment and be able to work and think strategically.
Education:
Bachelor Degree is a must
Masters of Business Administration a plus
